A Day With Hunter

Hunter and I had been speaking about doing a shoot together for a while.  He was scheduled to come over the mountains for a shoot but the pass became icy and he wasn't able to make it. He was interested in doing a shoot and possibly doing some dudoir shots.

He later contacted me to let me know he would be in town and was ready to shoot if I was free.  It worked out perfectly, we met up and started the shoot when he said he was comfortable doing some Dudoir so inside we went to get the party started.

As you can see he is a very good looking guy with an awesome body.  He had some great looking tattoos also. The main object for the shoot was valentines was coming up and he thought it would make a perfect gift for his girlfriend.

He had done limited modeling in the past but once we got started, he was a born natural in front of the camera and was very comfortable. In many of his photos, he looks serious but let me tell you there were many laughs throughout the shoot.  Mainly about what were his buddy's going to say when they saw these photos.

Hunter does have some great assets as you can tell from the photos below.

I think he made the perfect gift choice, I mean who wouldn't want to receive a gift like this?

Robbie spent the day "Oh, oh Dancing with a-myself... Oh, oh Dancing with a-myself"

 "Well, there's nothing to lose"
"And there's nothing to prove, well"
 "Dancing a-with myself"
It was a pleasure spending the day with Robbie, capturing his every move as he danced with himself. Ok, maybe not completely with himself, he did have the fun plastic we incorporated into the shoot.  It really gave a lot of depth and dynamics to the over all photos.

As a trained dancer, Robbie took the prompt and really nailed it.  He moved so graceful and beautifully as he danced to my singing. Ok, maybe I wasn't singing out loud but inside I was singing and dancing. You may figure out the songs, I was singing in my head as you scroll through this blog.

His form and body were perfect to try this new concept with, and this theme was on one his favorite out of all the themes we captured that day.

"Turnaround, every now and then I get a little bit terrified and then I see the look in your eyes, Turnaround bright eyes..."
Robbie ended the dance as if he were on stage in Las Vegas.  He may not be dancing in Vegas but he is dancing professionally now. It is always such a pleasure working with him as we have done a few shoots together, he is such a sweet and humble gentleman.
